It’s definitely hand made and unsure who the maker is. No maker markings.
It appears to have some type of paint on one side. Unsure what the purpose was?
Has a really cool handle.
Measures 67 7/8” long. Measures 1 3/8” in diameter to widest point across.
Has one small chip to paint layer (seen in last photo).
